PILOTS and PROTOTYPES - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ON THE SHELF
Advanced Cultural Technologies Inc. during its R&D phase worked collaboratively with a large number of partners and associates in order to develop a media-independent content hosting system. These remain available for future commercialization, or use as illustrations in custom systems sales.
 The World Heritage Exchange - is a subscription based service for the preservation and exchange of heritage imagery from around the world. Developed in partnership with cultural institutions from Canada, Europe and China, the WHE represents a substantial investment in conceptual design and opportunuity definition.

 Knowledge Archieving in Forest Research - funded by the Research Branch of the BC Ministry of Forests and the University of Northern British Columbia, this pilot in Knowledge Archiving was motivated by the downsizing of the Branch and fears of knowledge loss through researcher attrition and associated forest site data spanning more than 30 years.

 Treasures From China - is a collection begun in cooperation with the Chinese Ministry of Culture in Beijing in Year 2000. Subsequent funding has not enabled building of the collection, although the Winter Olympics of 2008 may provide an opportunity to rejuvinate this project.

Access is through a link from the contributor's web site to the Cinemage System specifiying a restricted view of our total collection.
